The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, your email address, and your answers to three questions.

This data is used for one purpose: preparing and holding the conversation you requested. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

Your answers are never shared with anyone, never used for marketing, and never added to any mailing list. If no engagement follows our conversation, your data is deleted within twelve months of submission.

Form submissions are processed by Netlify (hosting) and Google Workspace (email), under their respective GDPR safeguards, including standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EU.

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time: write to hello@frme.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers. Fonts are served from this site itself; visiting these pages sends no request to any third party.
