Careers are usually told forward. Mine makes more sense backwards.
Today I work at Adeo — 130,000 people — building leadership at every level and shaping powerful executive teams, inside the rooms where careers are decided. Before that, I scaled Komoot as Chief People Officer, building culture and leadership in a fast-growing organisation.
Before that, an Executive MBA at HEC Paris: strategy, finance, governance, and organisational power — so I could sit with a senior leader on a real business problem and not flinch.
Before that, the United States. I led trips for an active travel company — taking people into unfamiliar terrain, reading their needs, adapting without a script. I began hiring and training, and discovered that everything I was drawn to — listening, understanding how people lead, helping them develop — had a name. I built a career around it.
And at the beginning, an acting school. I trained at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia, Italy's national film school — not to perform, but to observe. To notice what people communicate through posture, silence, and tension. To disappear into observation without imposing my own interpretation. That is the origin of how I coach.
The constant, through all of it: curiosity. Curiosity as the opposite of judgment — the willingness to enter an unfamiliar context without needing it to conform to my prior experience. That is what allows me to clear myself out of the way in the room. I lived that practice long before I trained in it.
My coaching training is grounded in Meyler Campbell: rigorous contracting, deep listening, challenge with support, a strong focus on thinking, responsibility, and choice. I don't advise or rescue. I help clients think more clearly about themselves, their context, and the decisions they face. I am accredited in the MRG LEA 360° (Leadership Effectiveness Analysis) and the Team Diagnostic Survey, and trained in SHL's Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ32) — instruments I use when they serve. I am a member of the Institute of Coaching. I coach in English, French, and Italian. I am based in Paris and work internationally.
